I built over 30 projects that went nowhere. Each one failed for the same handful of reasons, and I didn't see the pattern until I started meeting other builders who were doing the exact same things. These are the eight traps. Most builders are in at least one. Some are in two or three at once. Knowing your pattern is the first step to breaking it.
